Established in the year 2009, by the holder (Andrea Poldelmengo), driven by the motivation to capitalise his experience, and compete in the market of Direction Consultancy and Company Management, for the development and support to the internationalisation of SMEs. The years earned working into private enterprises, and the countless contacts with the suppliers of the most varied branch of trade, make him to take an increasing awareness of a jarring contrast between: -the great potential of SMEs business realities in terms of willing and production capacity -the widespread lack of a suited organisational structure which, when properly introduced, would certainly optimize the use and investment of resources (people and equipment), ensuring higher margins. He realizes then, his experiences can be useful, to other enterprises. Working with the innate flexible and proactive approach, he decide to give his support in the company process which take expression with some actions, fundamental to the entrepreneurs who want to grow their own reality: -analysis of the structure and the critical issues -identification of the detailed actions -planning and execution of reorganization activities -monitoring of results -development of corrective actions Professional course in Brief Started the job career on 1974, in the Industrial plants locations, for the Electro, Pneumatic, and Instrumental installations related to process control. Afterwards and until the year 2000, has been involved, in several, land and offshore technical-operative jobs, within companies owned by the Italian Oils and Gas National Group : ENI. The above route, is then enriched by : -the experience matured during the last decade, working within Companies having different core business, and submitted to a total or partial structure and labour reorganization. Having therefore the opportunity to get an interesting and throughout training, in different sectors of the enterprise organization, forming a variegated professional profile (see attached synthetic curriculum), in the areas : operative, purchasing, quality, commercial and management. -the Practice done in the preparation and negotiation and management of business agreement and/or contracts (also in the known foreign languages : English, Spanish, French) : main contract, subcontract based on main contract tenders, agency agreement, distribution agreements, etc. The professional background is furthermore integrated by : -the running, as Export manager, of the commercial and sales activities of the company Wine Italy World & Flavours; activity which is presently continued, by promoting as consultant of several selected Italian producers, a fine Italian wine and specialties selection included in a high quality product portfolio addressed to the worldwide importers, : www.wineitalworld.com By holding this charge has gained experience in manage all the fulfilment related to the international commercialization of alcoholic products : custom rules, importation requisites specific to each different country, safe procedure in the international transaction, etc -the Web Marketing experience : which knowledge was initially started, for the need of having an understandable technical interface with the web agency suppliers, and lateron with the time and the further widening study, becomes a professional engagement as far as a personal passion. A dedicated and tuned cooperation is offered to Customers, also located abroad of Italy, where they may have need and convenience, ensuring a tuned professional contribution and support, for the achievement of their Company goal. |
